About the Journal

Journal of Educational Management and Innovation (JEMI) is an academic journal that focuses on the development of educational management and innovation through scientific research relevant to contemporary educational challenges. This journal accommodates research publications that examine educational leadership, institutional governance, educational policy, and strategies for improving the quality and sustainability of educational systems. JEMI publishes peer-reviewed articles that contribute theoretically and practically to the development of educational management at various levels and in various educational contexts. Its focus includes managerial innovation, transformative leadership, academic supervision, educational human resource management, and the use of technology and digital transformation in educational management. Through a multidisciplinary approach and a global-local perspective, JEMI aims to encourage the exchange of scientific ideas between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, as well as to promote innovative, inclusive, and justice- and sustainability-oriented educational management practices in an era of social and technological change. The journal is published in April and October.
